Alison currently has availability to mediate matters on the following dates:

June:	17 (Mackay 2pm mediation – am available in a.m. in Mackay for dialogue or half day mediation)

August:	5, 6, 11 12, 18, 19, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27

Please note that I set down one Australian based mediation a day usually starting at 10am and that for important urgent, longer term, industrial, or international matters, additional time/dates can be accommodated by contacting Alison directly.

All briefs are to include short instructions as to the name of the matter, date and venue of the mediation, the nature of the matter, status of matter (litigated, previous attempts to resolve it etc), the key things in dispute and updated apprearances.  The brief is to be provided no less than a week before the mediation and sent to my email electronically including the instructions.  Please do not provide electronic briefs where the link expires before the mediation. Usually I conduct mediations in person but please confirm any attendances by video or phone.
