All briefs are to include short instructions as to the name of the matter, date and venue of the mediation, the nature of the matter, status of matter (litigated, previous attempts to resolve it etc), the key things in dispute and updated apprearances. The brief is to be provided no less than a week before the mediation and sent to my email electronically including the instructions. Please do not provide electronic briefs where the link expires before the mediation. Usually I conduct mediations in person but if there are to be any attendances by video or phone, please confirm that first before booking.
